Meet Angela The CFO
As founder of Stellar Ledgers, Angela Randolph is a well-respected Accounting and Finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Angela has managed the finances for multibillion-dollar Fortune 500 companies advising senior executives on strategic planning and execution in response to market demand, competition, internal & external environmental factors, etc. leading the organization to more profits and achieving the company’s goals.
Angela is passionate about helping small businesses reach their full potential financially.
Angela our resident CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO), is charged with overseeing all aspects of the financial operations of your business including bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, strategic planning, payroll, taxes, and compliance.
My Story
Angela Randolph is the Founder and CEO of Stellar Ledgers LLC a financial advisory firm that serves small business owners across the United States. Our core offering includes Outsourced CFO and Controller Services, financial consulting, coaching and education for small businesses. Although the Firm is based in the Greater Houston, Texas area we have collaborative and business partnerships with professionals across the US to assist in delivering financial solutions to our clients.
Angela’s entrepreneurial spirit began in grade school when she borrowed her mom’s handwritten recipe for praline candy. She began making the popular New Orleans treat in the kitchen and sold the candy to classmates at school.
Angela graduated Loyola University New Orleans with a BBA in Accounting and Finance and moved to Texas beginning her career as a state auditor. Angela then moved on to Public Accounting with a Big 4 firm before transitioning to corporate accounting and finance for several Fortune 500 companies based out of Houston, Texas. Angela obtained her CPA licensed and then later obtained her MBA from Tulane University with a concentration in Finance and Management. After a series of reorganizations and downsizing Angela returned to government as a federal tax auditor. It was during this time that Angela decided to use her expertise in accounting, audit, tax and finance to assist small business owners with the challenges of entrepreneurship. Angela finds purpose in partnering with business owners helping them navigate strategically as their business grows and scales.
Angela believes that education in both personal and business finances can greatly improve the lives of the community which was the driving force of Stellar Ledgers Academy an online training and education platform that will highlight a variety of financial topics for new and emerging businesses.

Angela is passionate about using the skills and expertise she has accumulated throughout her professional career to help women entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals with their business.
Angela is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Angela’s career spans over 20 years of progressive leadership roles in finance, accounting and tax across varied industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, Big 4 public accounting, state and federal government.
Angela is a native of New Orleans, LA and resides in the greater Houston area. When she is not plotting financial strategies for clients she enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
